Whipped Shortbread Cookies
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. soft butter
Cream butter, sift powdered sugar as you mix
Slowly sift in flour
Flatten with fork to make design on top
Sprinkle with colored sugar
Can also dent in top add nuts or jelly.
Bake 350 15-18 min.
Makes about 2 dozen
We found they needed 15 min in a regular oven and about 13 min in the convection oven.
